Fida Bohra
Founder & Chairman

Fida Bohra founded Dynamic Computer in 1979, and over the past 25 years has guided the company on its path to becoming a highly successful small business in Southeast Michigan. Fida serves a visionary and consultative role at Dynamic, overseeing core business processes and providing direction to the management team.

After immigrating from India, Fida’s keen business foresight recognized the emerging market for personal computers and led to his starting Dynamic Computer as a retail venture. In 1994, he steered the company’s focus into the business-to-business arena to take advantage of new business opportunities and continued corporate growth. He instituted a corporate philosophy of providing value-added, quality services to and building lasting relationships with customers.

Prior to founding Dynamic, Fida was a systems analyst with Burroughs Corporation (now Unisys), where he was responsible for mainframe programming, report generation and forecasting.

Fida holds a master of business administration degree from Iona University in New Rochelle, New York, and a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of Bombay, Mumbai, India.

Farida Ali
President & CEO

Since 1994, Farida has led Dynamic Computer Corporation's (DCC) evolution from a hardware reseller into a strategic and comprehensive provider of RFID systems integration and network services. She continues DCC's long history of growth and success by strategically combining a long-term business outlook with strong, developed customer relationships and industry leadership.

Farida has driven DCC's emergence as a leader in providing RFID-integrated solutions to help companies improve business processes and reduce costs. Her vision and guidance also have led the DCC into expanded vertical industries, enabling it to flourish during difficult economic times.

Farida oversees Dynamic's day-to-day business operations, manages the sales process and provides guidance and counsel to the management team. She has instituted a higher-level corporate philosophy of customer care by implementing a lean operations model, instituting significant changes to internal processes and structure and dramatically increasing the company's overall efficiency.

She holds a bachelor of arts degree in political science from University of Michigan. Farida also has earned a juris doctor degree and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.

Casie Melady
Operations Manager

As Dynamic Computer’s operations manager, Casie Melady manages the overall operations of the company including budget forecasts, order processing, shipping, collections and customer service. She is also actively involved in the company’s human resources function, including hiring, developing and maintaining employee forms and creating incentive plans.

Casie joined Dynamic Computer in 1996 and served in various accounting positions before becoming the operations manager. Most recently, she was office manager with responsibility for accounting, procurement, employee payroll and benefits.

Casie is an active member of the National Association for Female Executives and the Women’s Economic Club.

Casie holds a master of science in business administration degree, and a bachelor of arts degree in business administration from Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan. She has also completed financial management courses at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. A key member of Dynamic’s RFID team, Casie is CompTIA RFID+ Certified

Lori Kasparian
Customer Service Manager

Lori Kasparian drives the hiring, training and operations of Dynamic Computer’s team of customer service representatives. She is responsible for achieving and exceeding corporate sales goals, as well as providing personal service to many of our customers. Lori has also been instrumental in helping to bring Dynamic’s services offerings to our existing clientele.

Lori joined Dynamic Computer in 1996 and served in various positions before being promoted to her current one. She is an energetic leader who builds strong relationships with our customers, and spearheads our efforts to offer superior customer service experiences.
